We have two shipping methods, they are Standard Shipping which is always free, and Expedited/Priority Shipping of which costs are calculated depending on the weight and the destination country of the parcel. For a detailed explanation about each shipping method, destinations and approximate delivery times, please see: https://www.hitech-land.com/info/shipping-payments.html
We can deliver orders to most countries in the world (up to 200). Goods are sent from our supplier's warehouse by courier, and delivered direct to your door (home or company address). Please check Shipping & Payments to get more details.
First, check the details in the product description again on www.hitech-land.com to make sure it is supposed to have what you think it should.
If you're really missing something, please contact us, and here's how we'll handle it:
  1. Contact us by clicking "Customer Service" and "Other question" in your order details from your customer area.
  2. If the missing part is hard to describe, please provide a photo and reference a similar product photo on www.hitech-land.com.
  3. If we confirm something is missing, we'll send it out to you free of charge.
Usually, when you import goods from HiTech Land, the packet will be inspected by your local Customs office.
There's usually no reason to worry because:
  1. HiTech Land's suppliers provide all the necessary paperwork for your shipment;
  2. In most countries it's pretty easy to import most kinds of consumer electronics;
  3. The actual process of customs clearance is usually handled completely by the delivery company (e.g. UPS, FedEx, DHL);
  4. If there is any duty (import tax) or other charges to pay, the courier will usually pay it first and deliver the products to you, and you pay the costs later.
  5. We keep track of all our deliveries. In the event that an order is delayed in customs or experiencing other issues, please feel free to contact us and we will contact the shipping agent on your behalf
Customs Liability:
  1. If, for any reason, the products cannot be delivered to you due to a Customs problem, we will discuss with you case by case about how best to handle the issue(s).
  2. If goods cannot be delivered due to restrictions in your own country, this is solely your responsibility to know about before you order from HiTech Land. If a delivery failed for that reason, we cannot offer any compensation, because as the importer it's your job to know about the local regulations. Another situation in which you must accept liability is where your country requires you to have a licence to import commercial goods: in this case, it is your responsibility to know about this before you place an order on HiTech Land, and in the case of a failed delivery, we cannot offer any compensation.
  3. As the importer you hold sole legal responsibility for responding to questions about imported goods delivered to yourself. Import duties, sales tax, and any other customs charges and fees, are your sole responsibility, as described in our terms and conditions. If a delivery fails because you do not respond in time to Customs communications, or you refuse to pay the applicable charges, we cannot offer any compensation.
HiTech Land primarily uses PayPal and Coinbase to process secure online payments. Through PayPal, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express cards and bank transfer (debit card). Paypal offers a highly secure method to send money from your credit card, bank account, or stored online credit, without telling online shops your confidential credit card numbers. HiTech Land staff will never ask you for your full credit card numbers or Paypal login details.
PayPal is more secure and has a purchase protection scheme that covers you against fraud. Paypal reassures buyers. They can make secure online payments without revealing banking information to a recipient and they get a "Delivered or refunded" guarantee for up to 180 days after the payment.
We accept cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin through Coinbase. The idea behind a decentralized cryptocurrency was to eliminate centralized control of money from government agencies and ensure speedy processing of transactions. The number of places accepting crypto payments has increased as the cryptocurrency’s technology and name recognition have evolved. You can buy a surprising number of things using cryptocurrencies such as goods and services. Cryptocurrency is designed to offer users a unique set of advantages over other payment methods:
  1. Transactions are conducted on a peer-to-peer basis
  2. Accepted Worldwide: payments have low transaction fees for international payments
  3. Transactions do not incur banking fees
  4. Payments are mobile: purchasers do not have to travel to a bank or a store to buy a product, they just need an Internet access
  5. No payment disputes or chargebacks: transactions are irreversible, so they cannot be amended by a third party, such as a government entity or a financial services agency
  6. Better security and privacy: crypto is not physical currency, therefore, it is impossible for thieves to palm it off the holder as long as they don't know the private keys for the wallet
  7. Accessibility: users are able to send and receive crypto with only a smartphone or computer, so it is theoretically available to populations of users without access to traditional banking systems, credit cards, and other methods of payment
What to do in 3 steps:
Step 1
Try to troubleshoot the item by checking the manual we provide in the package or if there is any helpful Questions & Answers in the product description. Often we can solve the problem for you without you needing to send anything back. In many cases the product seems to have a problem, but it can be solved by restarting, installing properly, or fixing an accessory.
Step 2
If you still have difficulties with your item especially for complicated products such as Car DVD Players, GPS or TV Boxes, we will recommend that you get the product installed or inspected by a qualified technician to confirm that it is faulty rather than incorrectly installed.
Step 3
Once you have confirmed the product is faulty after steps 1 and 2, you should contact us. Go to your order details and open a support ticket and provide all the steps you have tried to remedy this issue. We will review your case to allow a return under warranty.
So if the product doesn't work, we'll help you send it back to our returns address. Please find more details in the Warranty & Return section.
If any product is faulty, you are protected under the HiTech Land Warranty:
  1. Assuming the product is still in warranty and was not physically damaged, you can return it to HiTech Land and we will repair it.
  2. All return cases are handled under our Return policy: please consult customer support and do not send back any products without obtaining an assigned RMA case number from us.
  3. Under the wholesale terms and conditions, in some cases customers may have to pay the cost of shipping to return authorized RMA products back to HiTech Land. We can cover up your return shipping costs up to £20 GBP worldwide. In the case of sending back repaired or replacement items, HiTech Land pays the return shipping cost back to you.
You can return your product for any reason within 14 days of receipt to get a total refund. Just follow the return instructions in the Warranty & Return section to apply for a return.
To track your order,  you must be logged in on HiTech Land:
  1. Log in to "My Account"
  2. Enter into "My Orders" and find your order (you can also search by order ID or product ID / name)
Once we have received your payment, all HiTech Land orders will show various order status stages before being shipped out.
Please check the meaning of these order status messages in the paragraph below.
An order can have various types of status:
  1. Confirmed: This status is only for approved quotes who have just been converted to an order and their payment is still due. When you place an order by the standard way (shopping cart or direct order), the status of your order will directly be "Paid".
  2. Paid: You have just paid your order successfully. Please wait for its processing. The time will depend on the product. For more details, please see Shipping & Payments.
  3. Processed: Some items of your order have been collected by the shipper while other items are still being prepared.
    What you can do:
    Dispatched items cannot be modified. However you can access your order details to change the remaining items.
    We will send them out as soon as possible.
  4. Shipped out: Your order has been sent out to you.
    What you can do :
    - Follow up your delivery based on the tracking information indicated in your account.
    - If you've chosen free shipping, we kindly ask to wait for your order 10-25 working days (normal season). Kindly note that during peak season deliveries can be longer. Learn more about shipping in Shipping & Payments.
  5. Delivered: Congratulations! Your order has been fully delivered. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact Customer Service.
HiTech Land Reward Points programs is among the most popular type of customer loyalty programs we propose on our website.
They're useful because points are easy to earn and easy to redeem. Customers can redeem points for credit toward their next purchase, discounted services, or giveaways. Once you have 100 Points in your wallet, you can get £1 off from your shopping cart.   1. Add to the shopping cart every products you wish to order in bulk.
  2. Go to your shopping cart to modify the desired quantity per item (maximum 100 units).
  3. Click on the link named "Request a quote" under the "Go to Checkout" button to show the Quote request form.
  4. You will be prompted to enter your contact details and the data related to your business to create a business account. If you have already a personal account, you must upgrade it to a business account by simply entering your business information.
  5. Once the form is filled in completely and submitted, the quote request is sent to us and you are redirected to the quotation management space of your customer area. Our efforts will be focused on submitting you a wholesale price offer within 3 working days.
